Homework

  • Spellings will be set weekly and they will be tested every Monday.
  • Maths or Literacy homework will be set every Friday and is due in by the following Wednesday.
  • Homework will be given to your child as a paper copy and occasionally online

 

Reading

  • Please encourage your child to read regularly and make a record of this in their reading record. Reading books and records need to be brought into school each day.

 

Handwriting

  • All children are taught a cursive handwriting style. Please practice this regularly at home.

 

P.E.

  • Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear to school on Fridays . This terms PE is invasion games.

 

Forest School

  • Forest School will occur every other week on a Tuesday afternoon and is taught by Mrs Santimano. Please ensure your child wears appropriate clothing and footwear suitable for weather conditions.

 

Water & Snacks

  • As part of our healthy school approach, please provide your child with a water bottle (water only) and a healthy snack.
