For pupils arriving late to school, could parents please electronically sign them in, near the downstairs office. This system is monitored by the Education Welfare Officer and the Headteacher. Information from this is linked to our absence procedures.

 

It is parental responsibility to ensure children attend school. In the event of your child being unable to attend, could you please inform the school as soon as possible. Medical cards, letters and appointments need to be brought to the office when available. 

When a child is absent and there has been no communication from the parents then the school will contact home to ascertain the reason for absence. If the child continues to be absent then the school will contact the home again on day 3.
