Homework

  • Targeted Spellings and phonics to be sent home on a half termly basis.
  • Maths or Literacy homework will be set every Friday and is accessible via pupil’s bug club accounts

Reading

  • Please can children bring book bags to school every day.
  • Encourage your child to read regularly and make a record of this in their reading record.

 

 

Handwriting

  • All children are taught a cursive handwriting style as part of our school handwriting policy. Please practice this regularly at home.

 

P.E.

  • Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear to school on Wednesday. Suggested items: Joggers / leggings, T-shirt, trainers.

 

Forest School

  • Forest school will take place on a Wednesday and is taught by Mrs Santimano. Please ensure your child wears appropriate clothing and footwear suitable for weather conditions.

Dry / warm- Long sleeve top, long leg trousers / wellies / trainers

Wet / Cold- Waterproofs / wellies

 

Water & Snacks

  • As part of our healthy school approach, please provide your child with a water bottle (water only) and a healthy snack.
