Monday 16th November 

 

This week is anti bullying week and today we wore odd socks to show the importance of recognising that we are all different. For homework this week, we would like you to use jit paint on hwb to draw a pair of odd socks. Decorate the socks using the paint tools and stickers. We have been practising this skill in ICT so all the boys and girls should be confident enough to complete this challenge. Can't wait to see your designs. 

Monday 9th November

 

To mark Remembrance day in school we will be holding a zoom assembly for all classes. Our homework this week is all about Remembrance Day. We are asking you to create something to celebrate this special day. The pupils can choose what they would like to create. We will list some ideas below to give some inspiration. Please can you upload photos of your creations onto HWB (see how to videos on the website)

 

- Make a Poppy to wear to the assembly on Wednesday

- Learn about Remembrance day and why is it important

- Paint or make a poppy craft

- Write a poem  

- Draw a poppy on HWB

- Visit the cenotaph to see the poppy wreaths
